.....nope, i do not believe that is it..i have attached a fuel pressure gauge onto the rail and fuel pressure is fine at all times.....

with CFI-EFI....all the way, the IAC resets itself after driving, and I don't believe the IAC is your problem. NO comment about the brake booster

BTW, there are I believe three different pintles (couldn't find my source this morning..company) but I'd check it out before assuming a different year will work! And I believe that was your original question.
