Default cfi injector problem

car will run for about 10 or 15 minutes then the passenger side injector will lose power and stop spraying... i tested it while it wasn't working(engine running) with the lights you plug into the injector clip, no blinky. anyone run into something like this??? its an 84 with 32000 miles on it.

In a 1989 there are two banks, one per side. If an injector is bad, ECM shuts that bank down and car is in limp home mode.

Not sure on 1984. You may have a bad injector that needs replacing.

You need to trace back in the harness where you are losing the voltage.

Barring that, it sounds like your ECM is giving out.

That sounds like a wiring problem. Trace it back and track it down.

RACE ON!!!
