Actually I believe that one from AFR is stronger than mine. Look at the spring rate: 391 Vs 428; also those are 1.27 OD and mine are 1.4x. Those AFRs are 155@1.810 while mine check out at 130@1.850
I'm reluctant to get into making a spring recommendation but I know from research that the 467 calls for a 26986 BEEHIVE which is set up at:
123 @ 1.750" and 280 spring rate
I thought I was pushing it with a rate of 391. Best I can do is recommend you stay close to what Comp says you should run. Give 'em a call and see what they have OTHER than the BEEHIVE, that's close to what the 467 calls for.

I’m really satisfied with my 396 combo, see sig, never thought of going smaller. I rev up to 6400 rpm with ease and never had any problems with stock lifters, CC springs etc.
These are the springs I’ve been using for quite some time and I’m very happy with them. Don’t know if anybody has ever tried them but they work great for me!!

High Tec Endurance Valve Spring part # 925 http://www.compcams.com/Technical/Ca...L/324-339.html
142# @ 1.850" // 382# @ 1.242" Rate 395# coil bind 1.100"

Btw. Comp Cam says never go over 370 lbs for open pressure with hyd. roller lifters.

New and bigger cam is on it’s way and I’ll check the #925 springs for pressure and if they’re still good I’ll use them again.
