ebay, used forum member, or bare/painted 2151's... just go to jegs.com or summitracing.com and type 2151 in the search....
What are you crazy? Hookers arent cheap. If you want some cheap ones go to Jegs or Summit and look up the painted Hedman headers. They're $150. Heres the link.

Looks like a great price. One question though; are long tube headers smog legal in California?
nope.....i have been battling the expensive header vs cheap header. not much diff in hp for coated or non coated etc...you could use the wrap but it voids the warranty, but if you are under the hood a lot like myself cleaning and what not, then you could easily take care of cheap headers with wraps so they dont rot out, but if your the guy that just puts gas in and never check under the hood, then......get the good ones? LOL
If you're going to spend the time, effort, and money to put on headers, why not put the BEST units on, instead of the cheapest??

Actually, performance wise, the cheapest are among the best. The Hedman Elites have thicker flanges, thicker tubes, and ceramic coating, all good things to have, but they don't affect the "Go".
To me it looked like header wrap is pretty expensive and it would only cost a little more to have them coated.
your right, but i live in "no mans land" its like hootersville here. lol. so no one around to do anything cool. so the wrap is in the local auto parts store. he he
I do apoligize, I thought 409 bucks was more of what you were thinking of, not 800-1000 like the sponsored site guys were offering... I don't know how well the hedmans fit, but for the money you can MAKE them fitt...lol....
4ever21... I am crazy I didn't think anyone would notice on a web forum...dammn

For all the money you save by buying cheap headers, you will spend it anyway making the poorly-measured headers fit and work properly. Ask me how I know.
Don't use header wrap unless you fancy seeing your car burn to the ground, and possibly taking you with it. Happens all the time. Moreover, header wrap ruins and warps headers, especially cheap ones with thin flanges and terrible gaskets. Coating on the other hand greatly increases the life of the header if done right. You need to do this to insulate your engine bay from the exhaust heat, or else face lots of electrical problems and leaks down the road; again, ask me how I know.
