The shifter has so many extra things on it, I'm gonna say no. I think you can get pieces to repair it, and a short throw kit, but that's about it.
You can get away with using a hurst unit, but you will disable your reverse arm lock, your trans shift harness, etc. None of that would be adaptable by itself, you will have to make brackets, then get them heat treated. etc. or use some stock pieces with the hurst stuff.
