Bleed-off after shut down will happen. There is a check valve in the fuel pump that will hold pressure in the rails. Does it bleed off quickly or not,.... so what. You need not be concerned. The only problem a bleed-off may lead you to, is the fuel injectors. You can pinch the supply fuel line to see if it is the check valve, or a leaky injector.
