According to the 88 & 89 GM Factory Manuals it is 19ftlb or 25 ftlb, depending on where you look in the manual. Personal experience with a vette (not my own fortunately) has proven to me that the 25ftlb is too much. It will strip out the aluminum threads. When I replaced my injectors in early July on my 88 I used a torque wrench and set it to 19ftlb. No problem so far and no stripped threads.
