Default LT1 knock

My all stock and original 95 LT1 with 132,000 miles has developed a engine knock. I noticed it 1st about two years ago. It has slowley gotten worse over the past two years and about 10,000 miles. It only knocks when its at about 1800 rpms and has to be under a certain load. If I accelerate slower or harder no knock. Up untill this year I was thinking valve train. The oil doesnt have much for shavings and the oil pressure hasnt changed. Now Im starting to wonder if maybe a rod bearing or wrist pin. Any ideas on how to diagnose? Commen Lt1 problem? thanks

other than the knock that has developed, this LT1 runs flawlessly.

A cracked flexplate can cause the noise also.

ok thats a thought.. I need a way to diagnose this noise. It has very slowly gotten worse. Sounds like coming from the engine. Hard for me to believe its a rod bearing getting sloppy. Rollar lifters with lots of miles start knocking?
