Default How much HP can you get out of an LT1 with stock exhaust manifolds

How many of you are running the stock exhaust manifolds and how much power have you been able to get out of the engine (sans headers of course)?

I'm pushing 363 WHP on a Mustang Dyno (~400 on a Dynojet)...about 450 engine rated hp turning just shy of 7000 rpm.

After much road course work, I also have two cracked exhaust manifolds to prove they aren't the most durable...

So one of my next installations is tubular exhaust.

I wonder how fast Carl Lewis could have done the 100m breathing through a straw.

The LT1/4 stock manifolds aren't that bad. Long tubes are good for about 15hp over the stock manifolds.

See for dyno results:

No, they're more restrictive and are not designed for high-rpm power. They work pretty well with the stock TPI setup to produce all that low-end torque.
