Metal brake booster??
I was talking to someone about my booster today and he said I should get a "metal" one. didnt they put the metal one on the zr1? Any idea how much they are? I want a GM one under $150

Has anyone heard of A1 Cardone? If you want I can check out their price for you, its metal... For GM I guess the best deal you'll get is from 18carfan.

hi,yes ,we use cardone rebuilt parts alot,they seem to hold up well.associated auto parts in linden stocks the complete line of cardone rebuilt units.greg84 :D

1984 is the only year to use a metal brake booster. 1985 and up use a plastic booster. If you have a Corvette Black Book look at the 1985 facts and it will tell you.
