I needed a new LT1 in my '92. It took me a while to find a mechanic in the DFW area that I could trust. A year after the work is complete, I have to recommend Rich Koehler in Rowlett at Corvette Corner. Having little faith in mechanics over the years after having botched jobs in my other cars or having been flat out lied to, a recommendation from me is not easily earned.

Thanks to the guys here that let me know about his shop. All they work on is Corvettes, and that made my decision a little less risky in my eyes. The guy was fair and honest with me and I was a reasonable, educated customer with him so it worked out well. The only problem I had is that I had to wait a little just to get on his schedule as he has a busy shop.
