Default Clutch help

I have a C4 1991 just had a new every thing put in the bellhousing , stage 2 from Carolina Clutch. reg flywheel. Graby. At hy rpm thought it was sliping. Last week I let her rip out of the hole and she just smoked . Clutch that is not rubber! Was 1/2 of it the slave cylinder to? Any ajustment on this thing? Ony want to do this one more time. Could this guy have put the the clutch in the wrong way? I think the deep dish side of the cluth should have went to the flywheel? 3000 mi on a 383. Time to see Doug? Thanks
Update. clutch is in right but shot in under 5000 mi. Stage 2 from carolina clutch. Every time I take it in for repair it comes back smelling of smoked clutch . It would be ok if I was the one that did it in but it is the repair shops runing the guts out of it! Trust no one with your car!
