For a Lt1 is the only intake performance upgrade a Lt4 intake? Is the Lt4 manifold the best it gets? I know that it will flow no matter what power I have or want and that in my application it is more than sufficant. Im just curious, but is there anything better?
You really don't need an LT4 intake unless you have LT4 heads. Edlebrock has a new LT1 intake that they are advertising as being an upgrade. I guess time will tell, have yet to see someone install one.
Yeah I know I dont need anything past a lt4 intake or a lt1 ported. But I remember hearing about custon sheet metal intakes. Im just seeing if there is something better, lighter, and unique.
Im looking to go forged 350 or 383 debating. With AFR 195cc with a cc306, Lt4 cam, or something. I havent really thought to much on the cam. Im waiting til the money rolls in so it doesnt drive me crazy thinking what I could do. Its bad enough I stir up ideas like this. And probly a 125 pill for so extra fun.
