Maybe you should have read that more closely.... I stated "BASE" C6 brakes. That thread refers to ZO6 brakes, a different beast entirely...

You can use the base C6 brakes with out any problems. You can also use the C6 Z51 set up as well, but you need to be very careful with the placement of wheel weights.
