Which one do I trust?

I took my 92 for a long ride the other day and noticed that the digital readings on the info center for oil temp and coolant temp are different than what is reading on the dial gauges on the dash. Which one should I trust? How do I make them match?

ps - I know that the gas gauge is never right.

There are two engine temp sonsors. One is in the front of the water pump and the other is by the passanger side head. One is for the dial and the other is for the digital display. I can't recall which sensor is for which gauge right now.

The water pump sensor sends its signal to the digital gauge and the PCM. I would pay attention to the digital gauges, the analogs are known for not being that accurate.

digital guages have proved much more accurate .
