Some are stamped on the inside with it. For mine, I got them at NAPA. NAPAonline.com lists the min. thickness on their site for the ones I have. If you know what brand they are, maybe they are listed.

Minimum Refinish Thickness
Note: All brake rotors have a discard dimension cast into them. This is a wear dimension, not a refinish dimension. Any rotor that does not meet specifications should be discarded. Except Heavy Duty Front Rotors 0.744 in
