code 23 on 84 corvette

Getting a code 23 on my 84 corvette which has a 8746 ecm.This code is not in my FSM. Whats going on.

are you sure it's a code 23? I don't see it in my copy, either.

You may want to ask this on the crossfire forum instead. Since there are a few on there that have the 8746 and may have run into this code themselves.

It looks like you need a manual for a car(?) that uses the same ECM that you've patched into your car. It ought to be fairly easy to find out what system the code 23 comes from, but you will still need the trouble shooting chart to keep from throwing money at it.

PS. Think MAT, a sensor your car doesn't even have. I would have thought potential problems, such as, that would have been addressed in the conversion.
