I was told that lowering a C4 is not that hard
im not sure if that's true or not
what do i need to do it ?
i really like the way this vettes looks !!!

That is CentralCoaster's page. Yes you can put it back to stock if you would want to. The rear you would just adjust, the front would need thick wedges to get higher.
