Please be advised that the 89 ECM has a "quirk" programmed into it in that two full revolutions of the crank must be made before the injectors will fire. You will need to get a noid light like the one below to assure that the injectors are firing. Also, make sure your two injector fuses are OK in the fuse panel. You can get the noid light at NAPA and it costs less than $20.
