Default What's your digital gauge settings ?

Hi im curious to know what gauge reading do you use the most?
i dont like the fact that i have to look under the steering wheel to check oil pressure and coolant temp,i tried to change the angle of the wheel buy i dont feel comfortable so i better read under the wheel
What mode do you use the most ?
- English or Metric ?
- What's the correct levels under both modes ?
- What does the average mpg reads ?
i want to know more about the gauge panel
what's a correct number for coolant temp ? under fahrenheit and C° ?
it was reading 211 fahrenheit yesterday and 1xx celsius but i dont know if its OK because it does not have an "warning" light that i know.-
So can you please post your average readings on both metric and english modes
thanx !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what's a good oil pressure on psi and kph modes ?
what's the correct coolant temp on c and f ?
correct volts ? yeah,between 12 and 14
what's the average gauge ? and how is it used ?
and so the trip thing
My vette's standing idle is 600 to 700 or 900 rpm

It really doesn't matter. If one of them is out of range it will override the settings and a red idiot light will come on.

I leave mine on oil pressure and coolant temp. Nothing else really matters. I don't really care how many Pascals of air are in my tires or how many Liters I use per 100 kilometers.

On my 85, these are the readings almost always:

Volts: 14.1
Coolant temp: 182 F cruise, up to 227F sitting.
Oil temp: around 186F, dont use it much.
Oil pressure, 60PSI.
Avg MPG, now at 23.7, but its usually about 1 MPG optimistic.

And I agree a red idiot light and the reading for the fault will over ride any setting switched on. This happened when my alternator went out; I think it came on at 11.9 Volts.
