I've got the smoothflow headers on my 96 LT4, took me almost 14 hours. Most of that was stupid stuff like pulling the old cat brackets off, the air tube which is a pain, but the spark-plugs weren't too bad. This was on a lift by the way. It's still sitting in the bay. I'll have pictures and hopefully video once I get the whole exhaust on.
Question: I broke some grounds, anyone have problems with quality crimp connectors? I know how to use the connectors and tools, rewired my whole mustang with a "painless."
Note about smoothflow headers: They fit well except for the air tube on the right side. It seems like they welded the bung on the wrong tube, I had to bend the AIR tube a bit.
