I go to Photobucket.com and upload the pics there. You'll have to sign up, it's free. Once you sign up you can upload pics from your harddrive.
Then, when I want to include a pic in a CF msg, I highlight the "IMG" link below the pic (there are three links in column form, the bottom one is IMG).
I then go to 'EDIT" at the top of my IE browser and click in "COPY". I then go the the Forum, find the thread I want to include the pic in, click on RESPONSE, put my cursor in the message box and click in the blank space. Going back to 'EDIT", I click on PASTE.
Basically Copy and Paste from Photobucket. There are probably other ways to do it, but that's how I do it.
