Anyone else have problems with their Corsa ?
I have a Corsa catback on my '94 LT1 and while trying to track down an exhaust leak, I found a crack on the inlet of the resonator.
Is this something that could be welded back together or do I just need to replace it with straight pipes ?
Any suggestions ?
Thanks,
Ernie

No cracks here, but I've never been able to get the thing to stay leak-free for very long. The next time I mess with it I'm going to use sealer on the joints. Unless I find a good stock exhaust to replace it with before then.
Seems like your problem would be under warranty. Isn't it a lifetime warranty? (If you are the original owner.)

Yep, I just had my resonator crack as well...but I have had the exhaust for over 7 years now. The Corsa has a lifetime warranty, and after I got off the phone with them I had another resonator on it's way to me with a pre-paid slip to send the old one back. They were quick and handled it very well...give them a call and you'll be all set.

same here. They have since redesigned the resonator... well, they drilled cute little holes at the trialing end of resonator to allow moisture out.
Mine cracked all the way around, inlet and outlet. That was after about 4 years and 80k miles. I suspect the majority of the damage occured back east after a couple of nasty snow storms... the sudden temp changes from hot exhaust to cold goo hitting them. T304 doesn't take kindly to that. Also, I suspect, the occasional speed bump didn't help either.
But Corsa did a great job of sending me a new one, QUICKLY. It included all new clamps and head pipes, plus, the return slip.

Very well done.
