1995 Dash pad removal question...HELP!!!
I had posted a thread on dash removal and what I meant was dash pad removal. I have a 95 and the vinyl is starting to pop up by the windshield. I'm certain someone out there has removed and repaired their dash pad. I am looking for detailed info on the removal of the dash pad. Any direction to publications or web sites dealing with this would be appreciated. Thanks

You will need to remove the center air vents and gauge console, the drivers left air vent, the top window defroster vent, the center trim piece and the vent assembly for the air vents just in front of the passenger and I think you will also need to remove the passenger side dash trim and fusebox cover to get to all the bolts. It's not hard at all, just have lots of trim to move. There actually are only like 6 screws or so that hold the dash pad on.
Once you get the screws out, you have to pull the dash outward to undo the clips that hold the back of the dash to the firewall.
And I just realized you were asking for publication or websites. See above posts for everything you'd ever want to know about getting the dash pad removed.

I was wondering how glue got involved in removal of the dash pad, but I'm guessing thats for the repair.
