msd small cap distributor outer diameter measurement please ?
hi guys,
i have ordered #8366 msd dist but have not yet had it sent from jegs yet as im still waiting on other parts,but
i was just wandering if any one could please giver me the msd billet gm small cap distributor out diameter cap measurments please ??
i wanted to know the cap size so i can plan my brass fittings locations on my new 8 t/b intake thats all.
also does it matter which way i install the distribtor with the two plug/wires facing ???, the reason being i might have to face the plugs side on the distributor facing the passenger side and not the other way round that all as my wire harneses may be be a little too short you see...
i know that larry (ld85) has a small cap msd dist may be you can chip in larry please ??

the 76 mm you mentioned is that rite around the dist cap edge is it please ?
what i need is the cross section length diameter please ???
as 76 mm round i thought you meant is quite small in size for a dist cap thats all
