How do I remove The sun Visors???

-remove targa top
-remove plate cap from over tip of visor shaft
-remove spanner (??) nut & spring from tip of visor shaft, careful near end of spanner travle as its spring loaded
-remove screws from header trim under visor area
-press visor shaft down and out of retainer hole
-open electrical connector
-lay visor aside
-remove plate cap from over tip of visor shaft
-remove spanner (??) nut & spring from tip of visor shaft, careful near end of spanner travle as its spring loaded
-remove screws from header trim under visor area
-press visor shaft down and out of retainer hole
-open electrical connector
-lay visor aside

One hopefully helpful suggestion is to use a 10 mm socket and a "Quick-Grip" bar clamp if you have one to press the retaining star washer and spring back into position. I have one that has large pads and is about 12 inches wide when fully opened. It fits well over the exposed bent medal rod of the visor and the other pad goes over the socket. A couple squeezes and its back in place and ready for the nut.
