Default brake fluid change

Hi, I seek your collective wisdom: should the brake fluid be changed before storing for the winter or in the spring? Thanks, Larry

.....i would just leave what you have in there and change it when it comes out of hybernation (unless the fluid is contaminated at present time).....

The most important thing is to flush the brake system regularly. Annually is best, every two years at the most for a street driven car. Given the choice of before or after winter storage, all other things being equal, do it before, so that any accumulated moisture will be removed before the winter slumber, but it won't make a big difference either way, so long as you do it regularly.

Be well,

SJW
