Default Clutch Issues!!!!!
i have a 1995 corvette with a six speed and i am having clutch issues. the car only has 50,000 thousand miles on it, it shifts fine and does not slip at all, but when i depress the clutch pedal about 3/4 of the way down it starts to make a grinding sound. i flushed the hydraulic system out seeing how the fluid was very nasty! the noise went away for about 5 miles but came right back. help anyone

Im going to say throw out bearing. Mine is actually doing the same thing right now. Im at 94k miles so Im just replacing the whole assembly though. You could just replace the throw out and be O.K.

Throw out bearing is shot.

Might as well buy everything and perform a complete clutch job.
