Are you looking to learn about the fuel injection system and how all the sensors work or how to actually tune the car using the appropriate hardware & software?

tuning an FI
There is a good book by Charles Probst called "Corvette Fuel injection and electronic engine management". Very good book. Easy read. 350 + pages. Find it cheap on e-bay.

As byebyeL98 said when he suggested this book, it is a good book for learning about how EFI works. But it has absolutely nothing to tell you about tuning.
