Wiper arm upgrade question?
Hello,
I read the tech tip on upgrading my 88 wiper arms to the 95-96 version but it appears that GM has discontinued the later version. I checked through GM Parts Direct and my local dealer, and I haven't been able to reach Superior Chevrolet. Any ideas where I could find them, OR a replacement tension spring to repair my OE arms?

Maybe this will help...
part #'s for 88 are: rh 22144264, lh 22144265,
And that part number applies to 1984 through 1994.
So, perhaps a visit to a junk yard for any of those years could net the desired spring(s) for a reasonable cost.
