Default Critique a theoretical build, please.

Gen 1 block
All forged 383, splayed 4 bolt main
AFR 195 comp ported head
0 deck
TPI base ported to death
SLP runners cut, siamesed/ported
Smallish blower HR cam (under .220 at .050)
Vortec/Procharger (they have an L98 kit?) blower, 6 lbs+-
Headers, 2.5 "exh
Goal is to keep it stocksih looking, reliable and haull azz .Assuming the blower was 50 state legal the motor could pass smog.

What kind of power numbers could this bring? Lastly, can the stock ECM be used to tune this?
Manual trans fwiw.

Input, suggestions?
Inthis case the Modded TPI would have to stay. Already have a base I did avaliable, its taken to the limit.

What year vette Ron? I didn't think you were a fan of the centrifiguals? Either way you like it,they work beyond my roots mini-blower ever could. I know the Procharger P-600B units are small but its all you need ans is smog legal. You can get an honest 400+rwhp with a combo like that and tune.

You dont' have to get it tuned Ronny but its obviously advised than going the FMU route with the fuel system. Some say the FMU's are unreliable and a few stand by its ease of use. I think you can get it to pass smog and run high 11's even on cali gas we have. I'd spend the extra cash and ditch the FMU and get a tune/better fuel system i.e: pump/injectors.
