I recently replaced my spark plugs in a 92 LT1 and i was wondering what type of plugs you guys have the best luck with? I used Bosch Platinums and then afterwards I heard they are no good.
Spark plugs are like opinions and a--holes, everyone has one. I run Bosch in my 85 and autolites in my 427 so there you go. I don't even run plugs in my Cummins

lt1ytrell,
NGK Iridium (TR55-IX) here. too new to tell how they will do over time, but was impressed with construction and cleanliness in packaging (no metal shavings/cardboard nose).
By contrast, AC/Delco platinum plugs in car (25k +/-) had already lost 1 'puck', and new ones (platinum or iridium) had variations in 'puck' placement, metal shavings, and slight discolorations in porcelin.
Also, AC/Delco plugs in car had lost over 1/2 or their resistance -- very odd indeed.
