Throttle body question
What's the difference between an LT1 tb and a L98 tb. I have a LPE 58mm tb running into a super ram. My mechanic had to adjust the linkage for the throttle cable. Is it possible that I have an LT1 tb on my 89 now?
The reason for this question is, I see a lot of nitrous kits for LT1's, and was wondering if I could use the LT1 nitrous kit on my car. Basically, the only stock unit on my car is the fuel rail and injectors now.

Well I dont know if this would apply since you are not talking stock parts but the LT1 Throttle Position Sensor is not adjustable. The L98 is. At least this is true between a 86 and a 93.
