As far as I know everything is fine with them. I sort of know Merle the owner (been doing business with him for 6-7 years), and he has never mentioned any problems. As a matter of fact, I am expecting my Coil overs from them to arrive next week.

If there backed up they got problems. I'm still waiting on a response from a year ago. Same thing with AS&M, never got a reply from them either. Guess who won't be getting my business.

I've never gotten a timely reply when emailing them, but the phone works for them. I guess they aren't computer people...

I know Merle personally and am a repeat customer. Try phoning at 480-967-4222. I will call Merle today and point these messages out to him. I have found their work and willingness to help to be exceptional. I recommend them all the time and I would not recommend anyone who was not first rate.

I ordered long tube headers from them earlier this year and I can say that the service was pretty damn good. I called them, all my questions were answered and my parts arrived when promised. I would certainly do future business with them.

Exotic muscle is first rate in my book. You do have to call and talk to them, cause it takes em' a while to answer e-mail. But they are good.

I have bought alot of parts from them with no trouble. I recommend you give them a call if no answer to your emails. Merle (the owner) and Trevor have been great to deal with.

Exotic Muscle moved to a new and larger location. I know they had some trouble with phone transfer and equipment setup so this might be why you haven't gotten any response. Your best bet is to call.

I got my bigger swaybars from them
When I call about an oilcooler & radiator, they said I could call back to ask about the install even if I didn't but it from them. Which I didn't, and YES they still answered my questions!

Me too, just received new bars and a full rear heim kit last week.
Been going through them since '98.
Just use the phone, I find most places dont email back. EM will take care of you.

Thanks for all the kind words guys.

We are currently in the process of updating our website and have been for some time. Our email has not been working right for a long time. We changed companies and it should be working now. For some reason, the online ordering isn't working right now either.

Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions. Like Jay said, we aren't the most computer literate people in the world ;) But you had better watch out Jay. Don't forget that Trevor has your Yamaha R1 right now. ;) He might hold it for ransom! :D

No problem about getting us mixed up, Gotta say that it was the first time anyone has done that yet. I haven't *caught* him doing any more burnouts in his garage.

And Yes i finally just got Exotic on the forum. I graduated (from ASU) today so now I have a lot more time to put into the business. Merle, Trevor, and I are going ot be checking the boards very frequently and answering questions that people have. We might occationally sell stuff in the classifieds but we are mainly on here to help people out who have questions. Remember, not only is it my job, it's also my passion so any suggestions I can make I will.

I forgot our password so I am using my home account :) Where are you and when are you getting back in to town? Don't forget, Trev also has a key to your house and from what I hear, you have an awesome pool table! I'll take you on ;)

Congrats on graduating college! It'll be nice to see you guys on here, you should talk to the Moderators or Admins here and try to get on as a Supporting Vendor if you aren't already. I'm in Boston right now...I should be back in town right around Christmas...I think I leave here on the 21st or the 22nd. Sometime when I'm back you guys should come over....have a couple brews, play a couple games of pool...annoy the neighbors...you know how it is! Any idea what's going on for New Years?? See ya!

Not sure what's going on around New Years. I was thinking about going to Mill since I've never been. I'll talk to the admins about being a vendor. Haven;t researched that far yet but sounds promising. See ya' soon
