Hi, Guys,

Generally I browse through ZR-1 section but this is more C-4 question.
I have a 94 and passenger side headlights work fine but makes continous clunking noise for about 2 seconds after opening or closing.
Anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestion for a fix?

Sounds like the Derlin bushings are shot. Easy fix and there are several posts w/links to instructions for the repair.

Yep delrin bushings
A search will turn up many threads on this issue
easy fix
