The factory service manual has a thorough description of all electrical circuits in the car. I recommend shelling out the money for one, and be sure to get the red ones and not the white one. Look on ebay.

Thanks. I've got the red ones and they've paid for themselves already! It's just the electrical behavior borders on the Paranormal. Unrelated circuits malfunctioning...key out and turn signal operating one headlight...PKE intermittent...DAB intermittent...just annoying at this point. I've chased the circuits down (I'm an Elect Tech) and the only thing in common is the ECM. But where can I find one or can mine be repaired? I thought others might have had similiar experience so that's why I asked. Thanks again for any help :-)

I have seen this on boats. It happens when a connector melts and the wires short out together.
I'd start checking wiring harness and connectors for shorting.
Typically, what happens in boats, is that the connector becomes corroded, and as a result of the poor connection the current gets high and the connectors will melt, causing these problems.
Sometimes it's positive touching other positives and energizing a circuit that shouldn't be energized or positive touching ground, in which case funny things happen.
Take a test light and put it between the positive terminal of the battery and the positive battery cable. If it lights, there's a draw and that could be an indication of a short as I am saying.
