how do I fit these..
Coolant hoses with thread connectors.
Is there an adapeter thingy I can push on to waterpump, so that i can screw the hoses on?

You should be able to get AN connectors for a water pump that have pipe thread on the WP side and the AN male connector on the other. Summit Racing should have these in Earl's, Russell, or AeroQuip. You have to match the brand that you have to what you need.
What size fittings are those?? -12? -16??

You need to pull your water pump off and pull out the pressed in fittings then get a 3/4 in pipe thread tap and tap the holes then you can get 12an to 3/4 pipe fittings and you should be good
