93 Keyfob

Does anyone know if possible and how to make the 93 keyfob 'normal' press door locks/unlocks door, press hatch, hatch opens.

Eliminate the walk up un lock/walk away lock

With the fob in range (doors unlocked) hold the door button down for about 5 seconds. The locks will cycle (lock and unlock) to let you know the mode has been changed.

When I do this, This ONLY turns off the Walk up/walk away feature, and cannot then use the door button on keyfob as lock/unlock function

The C4 key fob or PKE (Passive Keyless Entry), does not work like a normal key fob. I do not believe it will not do what you want it too.

You can turn the system off, so it won't lock/unlock the doors as you walk up/walk away. But in that mode, you would have to manually lock the doors and then use the key to unlock when you came back.

Thanks for the reply-That is what I was afraid of. Is an aftermarket keyfob an option, or does this require quite a bit of bolt ons to the car for sensors to hit the locks and hatch?
