Default 1994 FSM Help?

Hi out there. The power window motor went out on me in my 94 and I have followed the great advice on the forums about getting to the motor and regulator. I'm stuck on getting the glass out and was told that a factory service manual has some good info on how to get the glass out so I can remove the motor. The weather is turning fast where I live and I want to store the car away for the winter this weekend (hopefully with the window up). I purchased the motor and the regulator but I know I don't have enough time to procure a FSM in time for the weekend. Can anyone help me out with getting access to those pages that give instruction on how to remove the door glass? I would gladly paypal a few bucks to you for your time.

Thanks!

Thanks a bunch! I will try it out. I think they failed to address what to do with that black metal rod that is on the right side of the drivers side door attached to the top and bottom of the door with 2 bolts and the plastic piece that is attached to the window that travels along that rod. Any thoughts?

Thanks

FSM didn't address those parts but if I remember when I was working on mine, I gently moved those arms out of the way and used a lot of tape and paper on the glass so as to from scratching it up. There's not a lot of room to work, not a fun job. While your in there consider replacing the water seal on top of the door, you have to drill out the rivets.

Hi again. Have you been able to manually raise the window up any? My motor died when it was all the way down making it almost impossible to remove it off the left bolt that holds the glass to the frame.

Thanks again

sometimes if you hit the motor with a small hammer or something it might make the motor work.

Yeah, I tried that first, no luck. Any way to manually crank it? I'm at the point where I just want to bust it out. LOL
