Default Intake manifold advice

Hi all, I am installing a new intake and need some advice. I have a zz4 crate motor installed in my 87. I am installing a nice Accell Super Ram on it with a 58MM Billet accell TB. What I am looking for is injector size. Is bigger better or will it flood the motor. Right now I am using accell 24LB injectors. On another note, my heads do not have the heat bypass hole for the EGR valve, is leaving the EGR in place(smog) going to hurt anything or should I have it deleted from the chip? Thanks in advance for anything you have to offer.

24s are fine for a ZZ4. I have a ZZ4 cam in my 87. Pretty mild cam.

That big TB won't do anything but lighten your wallet.

The 58mm TB is too big for a 350 cu.in. It will kill your low end tork. My 86 with 1.6 roller rockers, and a super ram ran much stronger with the stock TB than with a 58mm.

Injector flow(lbs./hr) = (HP X BSFC)/(#of injectors X 0.8)

BSFC is 0.4 to 0.6 so use 0.5, and a reasonable approximation of flywheel HP
