Default Technical info help needed

I have a worked DRM base that i am going to add to my 88 vert. I have no idea what the timing should be on these cars so can someone help . I also remember there is a single wire by the wiper motor that has to be unpluged when timing the car need your clarafication on this matter please. Let me run down the list of stuff that has been done.
1. Random Tech cat and borla cat back
2. Roller rockers 1.6 intake 1.52 exhaust
3. 52mm BBK T.B.
4. Fuel Press Regulator set at 43psi
5 Performance chip can't remember the name
6. SLP runners with added work done to them
7. Pletumn also has been worked over
8. The sensor under the pletumn has been moved up to the frount of the car
9. It has a SLP cold air system on it , it breathes from the bottom also has a K&N filter
10. It has a different higher voltage coil .
11. The water sensor has been changed and both fans are tied together the fans come on at 204 and shut off at 178.
I have to order the new gaskets and work them over with the dremel still have the old ones to go by which had already been hogged out. I tried to e-mail Marcho Polo since he's done an engine before and he's close to me but didn't get a reply he must be out of pocket or something . I'm sure there are many of you guys that know everything i need to know and more. Thanks in advance........

6 degrees initial is a good starting point. Mine is at 8 or 9 right now. You're right about the rlug by the wiper motor. Just unplug it with the ignition off and then restart it to check your timing.
