HELP! Need to locate a vacuum line
Im in the process of converting from fuel injection to edlebrock and holley on my 86, I've some how lost my vacuum line where it comes thru the fire wall that operates the a/c and heater doors inside. I sure would appreciate any feedback as to where its located on the firewall so i can get my a/c back. Thanks Dave

It's Buried in the big bundle of wires on the firewall maybe an inch or 1 1/2 dia...Towards back of distributer...can remember if it's R or L side but it's a big bundle..Slit the sheathing back an inch or three and carefully sort thru the wires in the loom and you'll find it..take your time and look carefully it looks like a black wire if your not careful and don't find the broken end right away(don't ask me how I know)...Good luck

Thanks alot, i had to pull the distributer to find it, but I got my a/c back. You guys are great, I hope I can help you some time, Ive converted my baby from automatic to richmond 6 speed and changing the intake now has made it a whole new car, with still good milage, no more fowling plugs or wondering whats going to happen the next day as far as dependability. thanks again
