Default Quick question regarding wheels

I can get 4 grand sport type wheels and good Nitto rII's for a great price. They are 17x9's with 50mm offset and are off of, you guessed it ,a Firehawk Firebird.
Will they fit my 92 LT1 and will they fit w/o spacers. Thanks.

They will [I]fit/I], but the correct offset is 56mm and the Vette wheels are 9 1/2" wide. Check the caliper clearance to make sure the wheel will spin and not hit the caliper or the lower tie-rod end.

Are the tires 275/40-17's?

Yes, they fit fine. I have several sets of OEM f-body 17x9 50mm, and they work perfect. A lower offset means the wheel is pushed FURTHER towards the outside of the car. Thus, the 6mm change in offset makes up for the missing 1/2".

Thanks guys. and yes the tires are 275's. I also knew I had 56mil offset. Sometimes though just a bit may not work but I see these will be fine.
