Get a humming noise while turning, going to replace diff fluid
I got a noise coming from the rear only while making sharp left turns, sounds like a bad wheel bearing would, Ive noticed that on another site that this noise is related to the diff.. Is it worth changing or is it normal to get this sort of humming sound while turning sharp left hand turns?
The other site I should get two bottles of GM differential additive ($8.26 each, 4oz), and gear oil 75/90 ($29.72 each quart).
The parts guy said I should get 2 quarts of oil and 1 of the additive?

The noise is not normal, and adding the limited slip diff fluid should resolve the problem. Your call on replacing all the fluids but while your there GC
Ill have to see if its dirty or not, that will be my deciding factor, im not sure if it was changed in the 45k miles that it has on it. Is it correct that it takes 2 quarts to fill though?
A fluid change should solve your problem, at least its the cheapest option, go from there. Do it yourself and save some bucks, GM took me for a ride, labor was rediculous.

Put the bottle of additive, then the right fluid. Stop when it come off from the filling hole. (you shoul put in about 2 qt..probably less..)
