Im looking to get as hot a cam I can and still pass emissions. so heres the question...
Will a single pattern cam with wider lobe seperation do better than a dual pattern with a closer lobe seperation?
Doesnt more duration/lift on the exhaust side cause overlap?
Also closer lobe seperation causes overlap as well right?
Less overlap= better emissions(as much as I understand atleast)
In general, less overlap equals less emissions, but there are several other factors involved in the formula. I have a Hot Cam and tune with EGR delete and I can pass local emissions.
