RPM help please!
Hello, I am from Spain and my english is not perfect; by the other way, my question is so simple: I have an '88 Vette with 4+3 transmission and want to know what is correct RMP when simply turn on the engine, without any gear or accelerating (in spanish this is called "dead point").
At the moment, my car is at 800-900 RPM and I think this is a little bit high.

700 rpm is the warm desired idle rpm for an 88 4+3 car.
