That's exactly what I was referring to in my response in your other post... mine was installed correctly but just was defective out of the box. I had to return the unit to get a new diaphragm. It sucked. Fortunately the exchanged unit worked perfect. How long ago did you buy it? It could be under warranty from Holley. Also, I know Holley sells replacement diaphragms.
I had to file a little on my holley unit to clear the fuel rail.
If yours is butted up against the rail, it might leak. mine leaked the day after I installed it, and I filed it, jiggled it when installing the screws, retorqued the screws, and then it's been fine.

Thats what I think was the problem with mine. I took it apart and it was installed correctly. You could see where the fuel had leaked onto the top of the diaphragm where it was pushed up against the rail. I fixed it and hopefully it wont leak this time. I just bought it was last month from Jegs.

Nope, the injectors were leaking cause they were too short to fully seat right. I'm sending them back and getting a set that fits, must be the only one to get the wrong injectors. Looks like it'll be down for like another week

Wow, which injectors did you have that were too short?? I know nothing about injectors but I thought they would all interchange as long as the electrical plug is the same. I'm planning on installing 24lb injectors that came stock on a '98 Cobra. I hope they work.

Sorry, NOT your problem....there are a LOT of us using the Ford injectors, with no problems....YES, they are shorter, but that will not cause a problem, if they are installed correctly. Most do not use the clip at the top, that holds the injector to the fuel rail. Make sure you grease the o-rings, other-wise, you're sure to nick them....and then you'll have a leak!!
Read my response to your other thread, about your regulator....not sure it covers all your problems, but may shed some light on a few...

These are not the ones from a Mustang, they're from an Expedition/Explorer and I did put the clip on the top. I looked at the blue top 24 lb Mustang injectors and they are longer like my originals.
