Default Accel Gen 7 starting issue

I'm having trouble with getting my engine to re-fire when the coolant temp is between 180 and 200 degrees. Can someone tell me what Starting Fuel Coefficient % they are using in this temp range and also the startup term setting? Is there something else I should be checking?

Thanks,
Bob

Engine specs:
383 sbc
Ported Dart Pro1 heads
Ultradyne cam 250d@.050" 110 lobe sep
10.5:1 compression
Accel single plane manifold w/1200cfm throttle body

Yes I am. I have an Innovate LM-1. I'm in the process of trying to use it to control the Gen 7. The output of the LM-1 is linear but the Gen 7 WBO2 is not linear, so I'm still tweeking with the setup to get it close.
