most likely not without spacers, if no rubbing occurs the wheels will be sunk in an ruin the look - so spacers will bring them out to the proper look is achieved
I'd say just the opposite. I'm not familiar with Camaro wheels, but the Corvette wheels are offset an unusually large amount. The mounting face of the wheel isn't far inside of the outer bead. I'm guessing the Camaro wheel will offset the tire to underneath the fender lip and that the fender will hit on the tread of the tire.
I believe the Camaro wheels are 45mm offset.You need 36mm for your '84. You can fit longer studs and use a 3/8" or 1/2" spacer or a 1/2" adaptor.Don't take this as gospel.Do some more research before you spend the money.
Just took a look for you.Are these 16" or 17"? If 17" the '98 Camaro is the same as the 'vette with 56mm offset so you will need at least a 3/4" or 1" adaptor to make them look correct.
