what emblem is this?
Found this emblem in the avatar list, but don't know which 'vette it's from. I've been trying to find replacements the chrome ones on my '88 but no luck. Actually I've never seen chrome other than the CE cars. Mine look like the regular one's just with chrome rather than black back grounds. The car is black sapphire blue and I assume they are origanol emblems.

Those are regular 1984-1990 C4 emblems, but in chrome. And judging from your blue paint, your car was not a 1988 35th anniversary car.
You used to be able to get the emblems in gold and chrome and whatnot in the aftermarket, I'd assume that is what someone did and put on your car. Or they had them done somewhere. No C4 came from the factory with an emblem like that in chrome. They had black instead:
